Emotions can be a really uncomfortable thing to face, but the reality is we need to be able to work with this part of us if we want to be relaxed, calm and present in our day to day lives. People often ask why would we want to bring our emotions to the surface.. but just because we are not feeling them consciously, does not mean they are not there. They are bubbling under the surface and causing women more stress than they often realise.

You learned to avoid emotions at some stage, and you can unlearn that now too.
In this workshop, we are exploring emotional well-being, and how to rewire your subconscious mind to start to build safety in your inner world so you can be a more connected, calm and happier woman.

Constantly being tired and feeling exhausted, but everything is medically fine with you - is a sign that emotions are being suppressed
Having headaches or random aches and pains, is your body niggling you for more presence, more grounding and more attention

Welcome to REWIRE. A space of the combination of life coaching, energy work and holistic teachings where women get to:
- explore a holistic approach to well-being
- release anxiety and stress
- learn how you avoid emotions and how to build safety within
- more energetic and self connection
- learn grounding tools, tips and techniques
- be supported with intuitive reflection, coaching and individualized support within the group

The intention – is to show women that feeling their feelings are a strength, and to build more safety within to start to work from a more whole system approach

You will leave feeling more empowered in how to ground yourself and build safety within, more confidence in emotional well-being and how to support yourself to feel, but not fix your emotions.
Depending on your intention, this space can bring you much more than just emotional well-being. If you have been in a Raise with Rachel space before, you will know, and if you have not then you are in for an extra treat at the possibilities of what self development and healing can feel, look and be like.

What to expect for this 2.5 hours:
- Intention setting and dropping into the space
- Teaching and exploring the depths of emotions, and why it is important to feel them, grounding tips, tools and techniques that will set you up for success
- Somatic connection for how your body speaks to you with emotions
- Guided gentle breathwork and group energy healing/reiki for being more present in the body/grounded
- Deep integration (sharing, coaching, energy work and restorative space to either connect or be inward in your own bubble) to finish

You are invited to share as much or as little as you want.
These spaces are crafted to meet you where you are at, and to
benefit on such a wide range of levels and ways that truly hold you.
If you want to come and be in the space and not share much, perfect.
If you want to come and ask all the questions and take it deeper, beautiful.
