An in person, small group EFT tapping series for women

Life can feel busy, overwhelming, and heavy at times. Overthinking happens, the days full of things you just need to do and the mental chatter can be loud.

The Release Series is a gentle, yet deep space for women to let go of stress, reconnect with themselves, and feel lighter again.

Over 5 weeks, in a small supportive group, we’ll use EFT tapping and women’s circle conversations to:

  • Quiet the busy mind and calm over thinking

  • Make room for your emotions safely and effectively, without the big dramatic releases

  • Release stress and tension carried in the body

  • Reconnect with presence, laughter, and ease

About EFT Tapping:

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), often called tapping, is a simple self-help method where you gently tap on specific pressure points (mainly on the face and upper body) while focusing on a thought, feeling, or stress. Using a combination of talking (where we light up your neural pathways so they can be changed), and tapping on the meridian points in the body, it shifts the negative, to positive, and neutralises the charge on a mind-body-energy level.

It helps calm the nervous system, release built-up stress, and bring the body and mind back into balance.

Studies have shown that a tapping session can reduce cortisol levels in the system by 43%

EFT is recognised by the American Psychological Association (APA) as having evidence for effectiveness in reducing stress and anxiety

It has been used to effectively treat war veterans for PTSD, and had high results of success - 80-90% range in some control groups
