WWe often say we’ll make time for ourselves… but do we really?

2025 has been a lot for many people. This session is a moment to reflect, recalibrate, and begin integrating the shifts you’ve moved through this year, both consciously and unconsciously.

This isn’t a talking circle. The focus is inner work: guided reflection, breath-led recalibration, and quiet integration. There will be some space to share.. because that matters.. but the priority is your own internal experience.

This is a moment to really assess and audit your internal and external life this past 12 months, and to get clear on who you are becoming in this next chapter.

Session overflow

  • Review the year

    2025 was alot, for alot of people, and we all know how important it is to make time to audit what has not worked, what does not work anymore and to reflect… so this is the space to ACTUALLY DO IT

    In a guided mini workshop to holistically assess your inner, and outer worlds.

  • Breath Journey

    A full, 60 minute breath journey to clear out the old on a mind-body-emotion level, and start to really make that spaciousness for the new to land in who you are now

  • Integration

    Which is where the recalibration happens. A short guided space to allow yourself to envision, plan and feel into who you want to be moving forward. Using energetics, journaling and reflection from your experience of the session.,

Bring:
- water bottle
- comfortable attire for breathing and moving in
- pen and journal
- bolster or pillow

IMPORTANT
Breathwork may not be suitable, or may require modification, if you are currently experiencing any of the following:

  • Pregnancy

  • Severe or unmanaged anxiety or panic disorder

  • PTSD or trauma that is currently active or destabilising

  • Bipolar disorder, psychosis, or schizophrenia

  • Epilepsy or history of seizures

  • Serious cardiovascular conditions (including uncontrolled high blood pressure)

  • Recent surgery or acute injury

  • Respiratory conditions that significantly affect breathing (e.g. severe asthma, COPD)

  • A recent concussion

  • If you are currently under the influence of drugs or alcohol - must be sober 24 hours before and 24 hours after our session
