You’re working hard in your parenting and motherhood role, but even with all that care, those weeds still grow.
Tending the Wild is a reset for the woman doing it all with intention.

Your space to release with gentle, restorative breath
Then be coached into your truth for the solutions we sometimes need a hand to find.
Bring one question, leave with answers.

You hold a lot, as Motherhood is big. I see you doing it with awareness, care, and strength.
But even the most grounded women feel the build up as life does its thing and the energy builds.
The mental load, the emotions bubbling, the parenting questions that don’t have simple answers and that weird pressure to “enjoy every moment” when sometimes you just need to exhale.

This is a space to pause and clear the noise but not because you’re falling apart, but because you’re wise enough to reset before you do.

We begin with breath, to drop out of the spin and into your body.
Then we coach.
You’ll bring one real question you’re carrying in motherhood or parenting, kind of like what you’d normally ask in a Facebook group, but without the need to filter, anonymize, or brace for judgment.

You’ll be supported by someone who brings both skill and intuition:
A former ECE teacher, holistic life coach, and breathwork facilitator, who is here to help you access your own clarity and see what’s in the way lovingly but powerfully.

This isn’t the cookie cutter parenting support. It is deeply attuned, custom for you that is going to bring light to the places that you are ready to see.
It’s honest, attuned, holistic support, for woman who leads herself, but knows support is part of being strong too.

IMPORTANT
In order to respect the tiny humans, babes in arms are welcome and if you need children around, I get it (I single parented for the first 2 years of my sons life and made things happen, its welcome). We just need to note to be respectful and mindful of the language we use when sharing our challenges. Basically, get childcare if you can but if you can not, do not let it deter you

If you experience severe anxiety or depression, PTSD, mental health diagnosis or a state that impacts your ability to engage in intense physical and emotional release and mental exploration, glaucoma or a detached retina, an aneurysm, cardiovascular challenges, a history of strokes, are on blood-thinner medication, epilepsy, recent surgery or injury - just note during the breath to go extra gentle and do not push too hard, at all. It is restorative, gentle is key at times.

By purchasing a ticket you agree to taking full responsibility for your well-being, and agree that there are no contraindications that could cause disruption to the groups experience.
