The Edge -
Training the Capacity to remain present, when discomfort arises
2 hour workshop, designed to stretch your ability to hold stress, safely. Targeting the deep hips with yin yoga, for people who are carrying alot of stress, tension and living busy lives, who want to build the ability to stay solid under pressure.
We carry alot in our busy. every day lives, and it is often easy to push through, but at what cost?
Doing more, keeping the checklist of essentials underway and feeling exhausted underneath it all, is tiring.
Trying to add in more meditation, and wondering why it feels so awful when the mind is so busy, is not often the answer.
This is for those carrying alot. Parents, athletes, rural demands of life and the person who wants to strengthen her body and mind to be more resilient, and present, when the stress arises, because we all know it does.
Lets get you going from:
- pushing through at all costs, to learning to find your edge and build more capacity to hold more in your life
- feeling like you can not do the hard things, and learn to teach the mind and body it is possible,
- overthinking and having a busy as heck mind, to being able to connect wiht the breath and body, so you can choose how you respond to what is coming up around you
- wondering why the system is feeling loud, overstimulated and like its on overdrive, and reconnecting to the mind, body, breath and emotions, through movement
The thing about life is it does not stop, its just how we approach is is the difference between thriving, and feeling like we are never getting there.
